ABOUT SARAH
Performing in an opera under Italian starlight cemented Sarah’s life-long love of travel.
Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Sarah studied classical oboe at the Manhattan School of Music in New York City and Lucca, Italy. She went on to University of Kentucky Law School before beginning her career as an attorney.
…both a fit for a natural planner, obsessively focused on details. And the same goes for travel planning.
Sarah credits her passion for travel to her parents and grandparents, who exposed her to new places and experiences at an early age. Decades later, she is making sure to instill the same love of travel in her sons, JD and Rory.
Today, Sarah and her husband, Aaron, build their trips around cultural and historical experiences… as well as food and wine, of course.
Sarah’s enthusiasm for helping others, paired with her love of travel, have proven invaluable since starting her travel advising business and joining the SmartFlyer network. She brings passion and expertise (including an embarrassing number of notes and Google Docs) to ensure every trip is perfectly tailored to each client’s budget, interests and personality.
